Bethany Massage Policies

 

All our sessions are a full 60-minute hour.  Every body is complex, fully interconnected, and deserves a full hour-- unless, of course, you have scheduled a 90-minute session.

 

We maintain very reasonable fees to encourage you to receive regular massage.

 

Your first appointment:  Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment, as you will be asked to fill out a brief initial intake form.  This form is important not only to assess your specific needs, but to alert us to any conditions that could endanger your health during a massage.

 

Traffic, especially during the summer, is unpredictable.  Please arrive on time for your appointment. We pride ourselves on respecting your appointment time; if you are late, we would be unhappy to have to cut your session short.

 

This is a cell-phone-free environment.  Please silence your electronic devices when you arrive.

 

We invite you to schedule local out-calls.  We add a surcharge to the regular session fee to cover travel, setup, and take-down time.

 

Missed appointment and cancellations:  If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please give us 24 hours' advance notice so that others may have your session.  If we have less than 24 hours' notice and are unable to fill the appointment, you will be charged for that appointment. 

 

In order  to hold your reservation, we request a credit card number, which is held separately and destroyed  when you arrive.

 

At this time we do not accept clients for insurance reimbursement. However, we plan to do so in the future.
